Refund policy

RETURNS
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds unless the item(s) is damaged during shipment.

To be eligible for a refund your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Include the original packaging and receipt or proof of purchase. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. All shipping fees are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

If you believe you qualify for a refund, send us an email to info.shannonnewlinllc@gmail.com and ship your item to Shannon Newlin LLC, 7804-C Fairview Rd. #106, Charlotte, NC 28226, USA. Any item cannot be returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you if it is approved or rejected for refund.
If you are approved for refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days.

Please note all original artwork is FINAL SALE. No refunds or exchanges.

EXCHANGES
We only replace non-original artwork if they are approved by us and are damaged during shipment. We do not offer exchanges.
